𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 On arrival, all guests are requested to present a valid passport, visa or travel document to prove their identity and to indicate the purpose of their stay when they check-in at the property. 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 Check-out time is before 11:30 AM. Guests are requested to inform the reception desk if you wish to prolong your stay (time/day). Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the fees will be charged depending on the required time 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for. Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to used their facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reason, The Property is not responsible for the safety of guests' personal belongings and valuable items. joiner must register at reception before entering the room. 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 & 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 14 days from your departure date, unless otherwise instructed. 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Smoking is strictly not allowed in the room and violator is subject to a fine of 5,000 THB. 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 Bringing illegal items, weapons, exotic plants or animals is prohibited. Durian or anything that causes bad smell is strictly not allowed in the room. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘀 & 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 Using photographs and video's taken in the property for commercial is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁'𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 Regarding to the strict rules of 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 both in room and the apartment property, if the violation of rules has been made. The management will give warning. But if the second mistake has been made the management team has authority to ask the guest to leave the perimeter.
