The bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen comes with all new appliances and cookware. There is a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster available as well. The dining table seats 4 people. There is a deck with a nice seating area to relax.There are also security cameras outside the home near the front and back doors for safety only. The AC unit and Furnace are located in the upstairs of the space so it can be loud when it turns on and when running. This is a normal sound due to its location of being upstairs. They have security features to provide a little extra safety. Other things to note The neighborhood is an older and has many historical sites located nearby. The streets are narrow and can be difficult to navigate on busy days. There is parking available on the street.
