Windows! Windows! Windows! It's many unique windows and skylights give this Lifeforms home a light, bright and modern feel. A European inspired kitchen with minimalist cabinets and quartz countertops is a joy to cook in. Zero gravity chairs and sofas make relaxing easy. The downstairs master bath with soaking tub and spacious shower is a treat and the king bed is so comfy. The adjoining sun room is a dedicated office. The upstairs is it's own universe with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The space This is a Lifeforms home which was known for its modern, clean design and large amount of windows. When you come through the front door you will feel the space from the high ceilings and interesting angles. There are two really comfortable zero gravity chairs and sofa, plus a large TV in this open concept main living room, as well as a dining area with space for six at the table and a hutch. The large kitchen has European style minimalist cabinets and a large kitchen island with quartz countertop, along with glass top range, oven, discrete microwave and French door refrigerator. There is also an under-the-counter alkaline water filter. A breakfast nook with seating for 4 and a compact pantry completes the kitchen. The second living room has a comfortable love seat and chair perfect for sitting me talking, or reading. There is also a smaller tv in this space. A half bath and the laundry room are down the hall and also the main bedroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed, large dresser, and a master bathroom with two sinks, a soaking tub and walk in shower. It also has a walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space and a built in dresser. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen lead to the large office space at the back of the house with a view of the backyard bamboo. There is a large desk, ergonomic chair plus printers, a shredder and a tv monitor. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to every part of the house except one small entryway closet - set up as the owner’s closet - and one cabinet above the refrigerator. Other things to note Guests will have one garage space and more parking in the driveway. We leave one classic car in the other garage space and sometimes another vehicle in the driveway.
