Furnished with brand new items, everything you need is ready in our modern and spacious apartment! You can have pleasant moments in the garden, by the pool or on your own balcony, and you can enjoy the holiday while the children are having fun in the playground in this environment away from the noise. The comfort of home and the pleasure of vacation together! The space Apartment Features • Our 2+1 spacious and spacious apartment is ideal for families of 4. • There is 1 double bedroom ensuite and 2 single bedrooms for children. • All rooms have a closet and comfortable beds Kitchen and Dining Area • In our fully equipped kitchen, all the equipment you may need to cook (pots, pans, forks, knives, glasses, spices, glasses, etc.) are ready. However, there are no food supplies (salt, sugar, oil, etc). • Stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Turkish coffee maker and tea maker are available. • There is a dining table for 4 both inside and on the balcony. You can have a pleasant meal in a cool environment with air conditioning or outdoors. Garden and Social Areas • There is a barbecue area in our garden. You can let us know to have a BBQ if you like. • Enjoy coffee, sun loungers and patio by the pool. • There is also a ping pong table in the garden that you can use for free. Lounge & Lounge Area • The lounge has a comfortable sofa, two single armchairs and a television. • You can end the day in peace by watching the sunset from your balcony. Bathroom • Our spacious and new bathroom has 24-hour hot water. Other things to note Important Notes • Some construction work is ongoing in the surrounding area as the area we are in is a new residential area. This can lead to dusting on the balconies and the view may be out of your expectations. However, the peaceful environment within the complex and the comfort of our apartment will make you forget this situation. • Smoking inside our apartments is strictly forbidden. There is an ashtray on the balcony of each apartment for smoking. Please pay attention to smoking only in the balcony areas. • Single male guests or male groups are not accepted. • Maximum accommodation capacity: 4 adults + 1 infant (0-2 years). A crib is provided upon request. The host reserves the right to cancel or charge an additional fee for guests who exceed the maximum capacity by making a misrepresentation. Floor Information & Preferences • Our building has 5 floors and we have apartment options on different floors. • An elevator is available making it easy to get to all floors. • If you have a floor preference, you can choose the most suitable apartment for you by reviewing our other listings.
