Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, including the bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with TV, barbecue grill and two parking spaces. Other things to note Please read carefully before completing your reservation: We would like to inform you that to ensure comfort during your stay in our residence, we initially provide a basic set of bed linens and pillows. These items are available as part of the services included in your reservation. However, blankets, bath/face towels, or toiletries should be brought from home. If you need additional bed linens during your stay, an additional fee will apply to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided. Check-in: I will be at the property in person to welcome you and give you the keys. The address and my contact information will be sent after completing the reservation. Check-out: On the day of your departure, I will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. We have parking inside the property, with 1 double space. Parties are not allowed, the use of the property is exclusively for daily rates for the season. Visits are allowed, but it is forbidden to receive people for overnight stays at the property without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine.
