Also includes, outside patio w/ views . Yard Includes, large BBQ grill, farm table, 2 swing chairs & Firepit surrounded with 4 rocking chairs and beautiful vegetation and lawn. The space 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. (3 showers) King Bed (Master) walk in shower, tub & vanity room. Located 2nd floor (long stairs) Queen Bed (Guest Bdm 1) main floor Bunk Bed (Guest Bdm 2}. Single top bed & Double Bottom Bed Guest access Living room, dining room, kitchen, workspace area, 3 bedrooms & laundry is available to guests. Other things to note We do not allow smoking in the home at all, pets, parties or large gatherings. No reservations by guests under 28 y/o. No large parties. It is a quiet neighborhood and wonderful neighbors.
