We have one closet upstairs that is locked for supplies- the rest is all yours! Other things to note Arrowhead Lake coveted is a gated community and has: - 2 lakes / 4 swimming beaches- We are a 5 min walk to beach #4 which is on North Arrowhead Lake - 3 outdoor pools (hours: weekends starting Memorial Day, and daily the third week of June. Pools close for the season on Labor day) -The Lodge: a gym, billiards room, library, events and breakfast and dinner on select nights. -multiple tennis courts -basketball courts -volleyball -horseshoes - Several playgrounds, including one at Beach #4, a 5-minute walk - Rentals: canoes, kayaks, bikes, and games. (2 hour rentals period with drivers license and signed waiver, cash only, last rental at 3:30PM) ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY RESORT FEES + FOLLOW THESE RULES:* -Arrowhead Lake fees (required for all short-term renters) - Vehicle Gate Card fee: $20 per vehicle - Temporary membership fee: $6 per person/per night for all guests 6 years & older. - Registration fee: $35 * These fees are beyond the our control. It is the policy of the community association. * All community registrations must be completed no less than 3 days prior to arrival after booking. We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking. * We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb. You will have to check in at the main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands.
