You and your crew will be centrally located in downtown Cheboygan, just minutes from local shops, city parks, one of a kind restaurants, and beautiful lighthouses all while sleeping peacefully in a well taken care of house with many brand new/ premium amenities and comfortable beds. The house is just shy of 1500 ft.² with three bedrooms and two baths. We tried to incorporate modern essentials where they were necessary all while keeping interesting antique/vintage art and decorations where we could comfortably mesh yesteryears and today. All new linens and bedding as of May 2023! Although the house is on a quarter acre, the yard is large, lush and green now that summer is beginning. The driveway is large enough to fit a couple of vehicles, and or trailers! This location is perfect for driving, short distances, receiving takeout, or even walking or biking to a great variety of locations and attractions. You will have full access to the entire house and the entire yard! I do not expect the garage to be ready until July 2023 and if it is ready any sooner I will update the listing with pictures. The garage will remain locked, but everything else is open and available for you. I, Jessica, the property manager live 30 minutes away from the house.
