Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station ! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of our midcentury house. It can be closed off so you will have all the privacy you need. This year we restyled the interior to give it a modern look. Because we live upstairs, we share the front door & hallway. Parties are not suitable in this place, out of respect for the neighbours. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ It's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals if you choose to dine in the house. > Coffee machine included coffee beans > Toaster, refrigerator & freezer > Whine & beer glasses ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★ The 2 bedrooms provide place for 4. If you bring extra people, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra two persons bed, see pictures. > Premium pillows, linens and sheets included > Comfortable beds - 200x160 > Sofa bed in living - 240x140 ★ BATHROOM ★ > Towels > Hair dryer > Iron & iron board ★ ECO friendly ★ I do my best to reduce the impact on the environment much as possible. With solar panels, heatpump, eco soap & laundry detergent, eco cleaning products and organic thee & coffee Other things to note As the apartment is located in a residential area we ask you to mind the neighbours and keep the volume acceptable for them. No parties allowed. There is a guest wifi network with fast and stable internet. Parking in the street costs € 6,80/h (between 09.00-23.00). The more affordable option is parking at the garage 'Kop van Lombok' (a 2 min walk) which has day tickets for €38/24h. There are plenty restaurants, breakfast bars and coffee cafés around the corner. Our favourites are + Studio Sugar Snap - fresh made takeaway dinner - recommended !! + Pico Bello - breakfast + Kofie en Ik - coffee, pie & cakes + Pitot - stylish restaurant around the corner + Cafe West, for a drink at the early evening just to name a few....
