Cozy apartment of 60 sqm with private entrance, can accommodate up to 2 people, located in a quiet residential area of Pula. The property boasts a lovely outdoor open space and the availability of an assigned parking space. Nora Beach and Su Gunventeddu are both a 5-minute drive away. Interesting is the archaeological site of Nora 7 minutes by car, one of the most important and known of Sardinia. The space The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs. For this reason CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED. The interior space is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the courtyard; - COURTYARD. -> UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of an open parking space reserved for guests. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step in the courtyard. There are cameras outside the apartment. Sofa bed (for one person) available on request only. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula equal to 0.50 cent or 1.00€, depending on the season. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
