Situated right on 10000 acres of the Winona State Forest. Located directly on local snowmobile trail C5A, ATV/UTV Trails. Hiking, Hunting, Fishing, etc… Close to everything the area has to offer including Lake Ontario. Outdoor picnic table, and Blackstone Grill w/ Air Fryer. Blackstone is unavailable Dec 1st- March 31st) The space 1 dedicated bedroom with 2 beds, 1 full and 1 twin with a curtain door. Other bunk bed is located in the shared dining area. Full bed on bottom and twin on top. A rustic open concept typical camp atmosphere. 1 bathroom with Stand Up Shower and newly installed washer & dryer stack. Place has a Smart TV with Amazon Firestick but Wi-Fi only. No Cable TV is offered in the area just antenna. You are encouraged to bring your firestick, ROKU, etc… This is not a owner shared property. You have access to the entire property minus the garage and shed. Guest access Guests are issued a personal access code for the front door for their entire stay. Have access to the entire property except for the garage and shed. No ATV/UTV’s are permitted in the yard or on the grass please. Plenty of dedicated driveway space and parking areas. Other things to note Air Conditioning, plenty of fans and windows. Due to the Harsh Winters the outdoor Blackstone Grill is not available to be used as it put away December 1st-March 31st
