The Coach House

The Coach House has been completely renovated in 2023. With a modern contemporary feel and situated in the lovely village of Pontshill you'll find a peaceful and beautiful location perfect for walking, cycling, canoeing or a quiet weekend in the countryside. The property has 1 bedroom/living area with bathroom and a kitchen downstairs. There is parking for 1 car in a covered area. The Forest of Dean, River Wye, Symonds Yat, plenty of outdoor activities and beautiful walks are nearby. The space The Coach House is a cosy space in the countryside ready to welcome you on a quiet getaway. Totally renovated with a modern feel accompanying the older property features. The bedroom has a comfy double bed. The bathroom has a shower only, no bath. Guest access You get the whole place! There's a parking space just for you, a little courtyard area outside the back of the property which is very private and a garden which is also all yours. Other things to note The garage ceiling is quite low with a maximum height car of 1.95m. If your car is higher there is alternative parking nearby but not private or guaranteed. The heating is electric. There are Amazon Alexa devices, which can also be used to control the heating. There is Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney plus, BBC iPlayer etc on the TV. WiFi is very fast fibre with approx 100+MB connection. if you would like to use the car charger we ask for 35p per KW used to cover our electricity bill. We will arrange for payment locally at the end of your stay.
