Vacation in style & utter comfort! Enjoy a lofty experience at our centrally located / newly renovated townhomes. We DON'T cut corners! Our custom designed spaces are renovated to achieve the ultimate vacation experience. We are dedicated 100% to hospitality. Located off hwy 108 in Mi Wuk, we are nested between Dodge Ridge/Pinecrest & Sonora. We are ideal in location - close to the lakes, hiking, fishing, wine tasting, restaurants, shopping, skiing, events...everything the gold country offers. We have once again been so blessed to have the most amazing guests during this past season. We decided to rent to a travelling professional again during the next few "slower" months...but our calendar will be back open for bookings starting in August. We appreciate every one of you!! ‐-----‐---- This elevated rustic/industrial style mountain townhome is ideal for a couple getaway, friends weekend, a single professional looking to work remote in nature, or a family. It is a 2 story unit, main living on the lower level, bedrooms and restroom on the second level. We LOVE and very much welcome your fur kids! Kitchen - The full size kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, microwave, gas range stove/oven, dishwasher, full size fridge...everything you need. We also supply spices (so no need to pack unnecessary items). Also, please enjoy our complimentary coffee/espresso/tea/cocoa bar. We have a 6 person dining table plus 4 TV trays. Outdoor Patio - A great space to wake up and sip on your morning coffee while listening to the birds sing. Or a relaxing place to retreat after a day at the lake or ski resort...kick up your feet and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer. The private backyard patio is furnished with a seating area/dining set and a propane barbeque provided for grilling. BBQ utensils and propane are provided. If you smoke, please use this back patio to do so, smoking is not permitted inside. We ask you are diligent with properly disposing your cigs, as the forest loves fire. An ashtray is provided. Living Room- Furnished with a large comfortable sectional, wood burning fireplace, 55" Roku TV with cable and Netflix included (smart TV so it has streaming capabilities). Separate mudroom space to store jacket, skis, shoes, towels, etc. Desk space and high speed wifi. *Please note, we advertise this listing as a 4 person unit, but the sectional couch is large if you have extra kid(s) (or an adult) who do not mind sleeping on the couch...maximizing 5-6 total guests with this understanding. Bedroom 1 - Is upstairs, a king size bed with a walk in closet, a full length mirror, Roku TV with provided cable and Netflix (and streaming capabilities). Bedroom 2 - Is upstairs, has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king (twins are defaulted, please advise if you want the king conversion when booking). Also a walk in closet, and a full length mirror, Roku TV with provided cable and Netflix (and streaming capabilities). Restroom- The 'spa-like' restroom is located on the second level. It features a HUGE walk in shower, custom built-In (lots of storage for your toiletries) and of course we provide all linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and body/face soap. Some things to consider before booking... - This property is unfortunately not ADA compliant for accessibility as it is dual level - It is not entirely toddler-proof as it has wood stairs, cement fireplace hearth, wood burning stove, etc. We of course welcome children of all ages, you will just need to keep an extra eye on your little curious ones. *Side Note - The other 2 townhomes on the property will soon be available as vacation rentals as well. It will be an ideal property for larger groups (for reunions or other large group requirements). The garage spaces will be converted to a rec room featuring workout equipment, pool table...and the side yard on the property will be a communal space as well, with picnic tables, outdoor games, a larger communal bbq area, etc....everything you need to be social, while having your own private space to retreat to. Close to Twain Harte, Sonora, Dodge Ridge, Pinecrest Lake, Strawberry, Lyons Lake, Long Barn, Tuolumne, Black Oak Casino, Murphys, New Malones, Angels Camp, Wine Tasting, Beer tasting, Railroad, Copperopolis, Jamestown, Festivals, Farmers Markets, Local Music and Bands, Water Sports, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Golf, Swimming, Wake Boarding, Snow Boarding, Snow Skiing, Sledding, Local artists We are available and reachable 24/7 if you need us, but will not invade your space or privacy unless you reach out and need us. The house is located in a residential neighborhood a few houses from the Hwy 108. Accessibility to the property is rarely an issue during winter months as the streets get plowed regularly, and the berm is removed. The house is a few doors from the local market that carries all essentials. Within walking distance to some local restaurants and bar (bar is temporarily closed due to storm damage). The house shares the same grid as the Fire Department, therefore is not affected by the rolling black outs the state sometimes has. *Side Note: We get a lot of inquiries about Yosemite, and the distance from it. We are located about 60 miles from the park entrance, however it is a long 60 miles with a very windy road leading to it. Also, the park is HUGE, so what may be close to hiking and trails is not necessarily close to the tourist spots. Yosemite Valley (the tourist hub) gets extremely busy during the summer months. We ourselves have done day trips there, but it is at least a 2 hour drive. Tuolumne has a shuttle which is recommended by a lot of locals that picks you up about 10 miles from the house. It runs daily and a few times per day. It is favored since you do not have to worry about parking and it stops at the popular locations within the park. I provide the shuttle information in our Guest Manual. Our listing is set to not exceed a 29 night stay. We will allow longer stays with a signed contract if you would like to book it for a month or longer. Please message me if you are interested in this option. HAVE A BOAT? ... no problem, while there is additional parking on the street, alternatively the backyard of the townhouses share a fence with the backyard space of the Market. That space is a dedicated camera secured and locked boat and RV storage parking area. If you have a boat, we made arrangements with the store owner to allow our guests to park it for $25/night, which you will pay it directly to the store owner via cash when you arrive. Please let us know if you need this so we can give the store owner a heads up before your arrival.
