Nellie's House: Big Yard & Chef's Kitchen

Cozy 720 square foot small house five minutes from downtown Allegan. Skip the busy highways and enjoy this relaxing setting on six acres. Work station provided with two monitors (laptop hook up ready) and don't forget to relax in the evening with some retro gaming! The kitchen is the pride and joy of this listing, great for prepping snacks for your travels! The space The Property- two acres of guest space surrounded by six acres of woods. The house has a keypad lock to let yourself in. No smoking in the house please! The Kitchen- I am a traveling chef and all my tools are available to you. Double ovens, dehydrator, pasta maker, kitchen aid, you name it you can probably make it here. The knives are sharp so be careful! The sink is huge with attachments; there is a 4'x6' counter space with range and another 6' stainless table for tons of room for a large capacity prep project. The Living Room- The living room has a large workspace with two monitors. Tucked to the side is a collection of essential work out equipment. The 55" TV is connected to a JBL surround sound system. If you're into gaming, especially shooters, the sound is amazing. You'll have access to a PS4, PSVR with beat saber, PS2, Wii, and Sega. Please do NOT move video games or unplug anything. Please do not rearrange any furniture. The Bedroom- Very comfortable queen bed and large closet are available to guests. When the doors and curtains are closed, this room can be completely blacked out even on the brightest days. The bedroom includes a tv, vanity, and full length mirror. Additional Sleeping- The couch is comfortable for sleeping as well. Bathroom- Soft towels and soap are available. Earth friendly products are prioritized for less plastic waste. Front Room- Treadmill and laundry are available for guests. The Extras- Two disc golf baskets are in the back yard. Placing them on opposite ends of the yard gives you a nice long par 3-ish shot. There are two security cameras on the property that are outdoors facing the main entry way and the driveway. The barn area is off limits. The big fire pit in the back is off limits. Guest access Two car driveway available for free parking. The neighbors are very nice. Keypad entry for self check-in. There is a dog run attached to the front of the house. Please clean up after your pet with provided pooper scooper. Pet fee is $10. Pets must be crated or outside while you're away if they don't go with you. I have a large and a small crate available. No smoking indoors, please! Please dispose of butts respectfully, in the trash outdoors. Other things to note I would like you to know that this is my home. My belongings are here. I have remodeled every room myself. The house was built in 1941 and it's not perfect but it is loved. I hope you thoroughly enjoy the space and I am delighted to share it!
