Modern house 5 km from the beach. The house is separated into 2 parts with independent entrance. Each part has its own kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Please note: We only accept couples and families (no groups of friends following a very bad experience). If you stay in our house, please respect the neighborhood! The space The upper part has an equipped kitchen open to the living room with fireplace and 3 double bedrooms + a bathroom with bathtub. The lower part has a kitchen open to the living room and 2 double bedrooms with their own bathroom. The house has a summer kitchen with barbecue, swimming pool, jacuzzi and parking for 3 cars. The property has 2 surveillance cameras overlooking the 2 entrances. Other things to note Please note that the pool is unheated.
