The space The apartment is located in a 15th floor and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The living room and kitchen are loft-style with an auxiliary bathroom, TV and a double sofa bed, followed by a large balcony with a beautiful view of the bay of Cartagena. Guest access Guests can use all the apartment except for the laundry room which is just for housekeeping use. A key-code will be given upon arrival to access the condo. Other things to note Building policies require that only guests or visitors that are pre registered upon check-in are allowed to enter the property during your reservation. A maximum of 6 guests can be registered given that the apartment has 2 rooms with double beds each and a double sofa bed in the living room. All of the amenities the building has to offer are working fine :) Before arrival and check-in, you will receive instructions to be able to pay the Single Tourism Fee required by the building tourism management.
