The space This home is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming feel. Each bedroom has a keyed lock for your privacy. Common areas are spacious and have RokuTV. Enjoy your coffee on the spacious back porch. Listen to bird calls. So peaceful! Play golf at the Pinewood Gulf Club, 4 minutes away. A cat lives on the property but she will not be around guests. SECURITY CAMERAS There are security cameras in the common areas only. They are not monitored but have Cloud back up In case of break in, property damage or emergency. They are to protect you as well as my home. If you have an issue with this, please discuss with me before booking. Please do not disable cameras. Guest access Guest will have access to the common areas, including living room, small sitting room, kitchen and private bath. In addition you will enjoy the spacious back porch and a private swimming pool. During your stay We want each of our guests to feel at home. At times the host will be on the property but other times guests will have home entirely to his or herself. Other things to note To keep this home comfortable for everyone please respect the following rules. NO SMOKING NO PETS NO LOUD MUSIC when entering the neighborhood or in the house. Remember there may be other people here. NO DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR NO PARTIES NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS NO SLEEPING ON SOFA. This is for all guests to share and not to be used as a bed.
