Downstairs has foosball and air hockey table and additional television, along with a trundle bed which sleeps 2. Year-round water. BOAT SLIP available for Guest's use! Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1: Queen size bed Bedroom 2: Full/Twin/Twin bunk bed. Bedroom 3: King size bed. Bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2. Private bath in bedroom 3, with a shower and tub. Downstairs - Trundle bed (sleeps 2) and full bathroom Amenities: WiFi. ; TV has Direct TV streaming. TV in living room and also in kids' room; Gas grill; Kayaks and lily pad; Fire pit; Covered Boat slip for guest's use. Steps to the dock, approximately 50.
