MIRADOR offers ample outdoor spaces, including gardens, a private pool, and a BBQ area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining. Spread across two floors and a charming turret, MIRADOR accommodates up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and a cosy tower room. GROUND FLOOR: DINING ROOM: A large gathering space with a spacious table for communal meals. KITCHEN: Fully equipped and connected to a small annexe with additional appliances. TOILET: A convenient courtesy toilet. LIVING-DINING ROOM: Cozy seating area with a fireplace and views of the outdoors. FIRST FLOOR: TRIPLE ROOM: Bedroom with 3 single beds and a balcony offering sea and mountain views. DOUBLE ROOM: Bedroom with a terrace. SUITE + SINGLE: Double suite with an additional single bed and a full bathroom. TWIN ROOM: Bedroom with two single beds. BATHROOM: Toilet with a shower. PANORAMIC TOWER: Ascend to the turret, transformed into a charming bedroom with a double bed. OUTDOOR SPACE: Covered porch for outdoor dining. Expansive lawn area with BBQ. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located. Thank you for your understanding! HOUSE RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years old. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
