Located in the countryside and 1km from the village, our independent cottage Les Rimbaudières is situated in Ligueil in southern Touraine. Our cottage is part of a former 18th century winegrower converted into a farmhouse at the end of the 19th century. Let yourself be seduced by this renovated house of 100 m² with private access, terrace and garden. Terrace with a table for 6 people under a pergola. Outside the cottage, you will find a private garden of 1500m² with trees. Without supplements. During your stay and depending on the season, you can pick plums, raspberries, peaches and walnuts in the garden. We will offer you vegetables from the garden such as tomatoes, zucchini and salads. You will have : - Free WiFi in all the cottage. - 2 bedrooms of 20m² each. - Bright open kitchen of 15m², with spacious feeling and fully equipped. - A dining / living room of 36m² to enjoy a good time. - Bathroom with bathtub and shower with separate toilet. - A terrace with garden furniture and pergola. -Private access to part of the landscaped and shaded garden of 1500m². - In summer, you will enjoy a private SPA on demand (if authorities do not restrict water usage). Our cottage is located, among other things, less than an hour from: - Tours, Chinon, Amboise. - Futuroscope. - Beauval Zoo. - Châteaux de Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Boussay. - Cité royale de Loches and Montrésor. The cottage is located at most 2km from all necessary shops, where you will find everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Other things to note - For stays corresponding to school holidays as well as for the months of July and August, we prefer stays of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. We remain at your disposal for any other requests during these periods. - Due to the stairs, the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. - We apologies, but we do not allow pets. - Cottage equipped with a micro wastewater treatment plant. During your stay you must take care not to drive in the spreading area. - A heating package could be asked during the winter period.
