One of the bedrooms have been converted to a beautiful and spacious private office. This apartment is centrally located near city parks, golf, historic Monroe County Courthouse, and Monroe County Museum. The space This beautiful apartment is available to accommodate your short or long term stay. Living Room: equipped with luxurious and very comfortable furnishings. This unit has a 60” TV with ROKU Digital Platform, granting access to a plethora of streaming channels. Kitchen: equipped with range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Wake-up to hot coffee from the Keurig and “wine”-down with beautiful stemware. This unit is stocked with a set of China (for indoor dining) and a set of plastic eating utensils (for outdoor dining). Everything you need to cook a gourmet meal is provided; all you need to bring is the food and your favorite seasonings. Bedroom 1: Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? No, that is the memory foam mattress and pillows provided in the bedroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack your things for a short or long term stay. Yes, we also provided a 60” TV in the bedroom. Bedroom 2: Features 2 twin beds and 2 closets. Memory foam mattresses and pillows adorns each bed. There is plenty drawer space to unpack your things for a short or long term stay. We also provided a TV in this bedroom. Bathroom: We are really picky about commodes; you can thank me later! We provide 2 sets of towels for each guest and 1 bar of soap. Laundry Room: spacious laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and laundry hamper. Laundry supplies are not provided.
