The space This studio apartment comes with sleeping area with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and patio. In kitchenette you'll find everything you need and more: dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kitchen kettle and a fridge. Bathroom with walk in shower comes with washing machine. Studio is built in 2023, it is 22m2 large and comes with air conditioning, WiFi and a cable TV. Guest access Whole apartment with private entrance is just for guests to use. Space on patio with table with two chairs and table is just for you to use but please note the table on the other side of patio is for guests from second apartment. Other things to note According to Croatian law, all guests must present a valid identity card or passport upon arrival. Your data will also be submitted to the Tourist Board. Apartment is in car restricted zone so please note you can't reach directly in front of the apartment with car. If you're coming with car please inform us so we can direct you where to park.
