Hollybrook, a historic dairy farm, is an easy 2 hr drive from Sydney, and 1 hour from Newcastle. Cabin 1 is perfect for those with limited mobility. Close to major wedding venues: Redleaf, Woodhouse and Stonehurst, wineries and everything Hunter & local. Please note: We do not cater for children under 12, nor pets, at this time. The space Our studio cabin is a tranquil, cosy accessible space. The Kitchen, lounge/bedroom, and bathroom are separate spaces but easy one-level integration to complete the intimate feel of your getaway. Cook easy meals in your fully equipped kitchenette. Perfect for those wanting to explore and eat out but want the convenience of a quick meal. There is a gas cooktop and convection/microwave oven. Note: no conventional oven or BBQ. BYO BBQ is not permitted. Enjoy the day-spa feel of your spacious accessible bathroom while looking out to your own private garden with underfloor heating & towel rails, luxury towels, hotel bedding, quality linen, and complimentary hypo-allergenic products. A 55-inch smart TV poses as a framed picture but can switch to TV mode. Enjoy Chromecast with Netflix and other streaming service capabilities for lazy stay-in viewing. Air-conditioned or enjoy the natural breezes, grab a throw, and star gaze on the balcony with a lovely local drop of wine. Cabin 1 booked for your dates? Look at our “Valley View Cabin 2”with outdoor fire . Guest access The cabin is completely yours, along with private deck space. There is level access parking at your door. You have a private balcony space, on the same level, perfect for dining, starry evenings, and nature watching. Other things to note Valley View Cabins are off-grid. Meaning self sufficient of electricity and water. Designed for creature comforts to enjoy. please be mindful of usage: - water-wise (shorter showers, full dishwasher, don't leave taps running) -electrical usage (turn off air con if going out, open windows for cross-breezes rather than air con, turn off unnecessary electrical items). There is an adjacent cabin but completely separated for privacy. There is a privacy garden, wall, and space separating the cabins, also a privacy door on the front deck ensures privacy. This can be opened for sharing for those who book both cabins and wish to share the deck space.
