Welcome to our charming, beautiful, unique property! Besides being beautiful & comfortable the apartment is extremely spacious & flooded with natural light. This property is right in the centre of St. Julians ( A very well known town). The space This amazing, property has an open-concept design, consisting of a living area with a TV and a double sofa bed, dining area and well equipped kitchen. From the living area, you can access the front balcony. There is a family bathroom equipped with a bath, 1 large twin bedroom and a large master bedroom with a TV. The Master bedroom is with an en- suite equipped with a shower. You can also access the back balcony from the main bedroom. * A cot can be provided should you need one. This property is right in the centre of St. Julians and it's just a stone throw away from cafes & restaurants & minutes away from the Sliema promenade which leads to Sliema strand. Here, one can enjoy shopping & going on cruise ships to explore the beautiful island of Malta. There is also a ferry boat that can take you to Malta’s capital, Valletta, where one can enjoy its history and extraordinary features.. The Sliema /St. Julians promenade is also a lovely place where one can appreciate the boats; scenery & go on a peaceful walk, or do some daily exercise. This apartment is a 10-minute walk to ‘Paceville’, where there is plenty of nightlife, clubs, and bars. Another positive point is, that although this property is close to so many different entertainment options, it is situated in a quiet street away from the noise, where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday, relax and rest. Guest access 24/7 access to all of the apartment & features. There are no other tenants who share the private property. Other things to note The check-out time is at 10am and check-in time is at 3 pm, respectively. Early check-in might be feasible, if the flat would be empty and has previously been cleaned. Additionally, if we do not have a booking immediately after, a late check-out would not be an issue. Wherever we can, we always do our best to accommodate our visitors. Check-in will be done either in- person or by self check-in. Details will be sent to you beforehand. The rental price includes the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016, amounting to €0.50c per person per night up to a maximum of €5. This tax applies to persons over 18 years of age.
