We are a family of 4 (2 kids of 4 and 6 years old), and we shall be pleased to host anyone who does not mind staying in a place with kids (and toys) around the house. Due to the legal cladding requirement, there is an ongoing construction work within the estate and outside our unit - minimal noise is expected between 9AM - 5PM. DRL station just about 5 mins walk, close to London City Airport, and Elizabth line direct to Heathrow (and Excel) is just 6 /5 short stops away. The space The room has double bed size, with table to work on and a cabinet to keep the clothes. The toilet and bath will be shared with the kids from time to time. We will provide with basic bath toiletries. Guest access Can access to common areas like kitchen, dining and living room. There is TV in the lounge with Netflix and AmazonPrime, but we regulate choice of shows when kids are around During your stay We travel a lot, and we would love to interact with our guest, unless the guest prefers to rest inside the room. Other things to note 1. Minimum of 2 nights stay only. 2. Guest car parking is available (but only up to 48hrs limit at one time, and subject to availability). 3. We prefer 1 guest only. Any guest beyond 1 will pay an extra of £10 per night. 4. Passport copy will be required prior to check in. 5. There are 2 kids in the house (4 and 6 years old). 6. No pets / and no pets allowed. 7. There is grocery shop near the property. 8. There is a pub just within the estate.
