The main level offers an open kitchen, living space, separate work station, and primary bedroom en suite. The upper story boasts a spacious loft style bedroom, bathroom, lots of closet space and laundry area. After a beautiful morning swim, you can enjoy the private outdoor shower. Fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso, barbecue, home office work space for those who work remote. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with a stand up shower /sitting area in case you have a nanny or visitor. Upper level which is the heart of the home has a beautiful and large kitchen with a large dining table to seat 8-10. The living room offers a wood burning fire place for those cozy holiday mornings. Working from home is so easy with your own private office space as well. Access from this level to the back outdoor balcony through three sets of French doors to choose from and lay out on the hammock and listen to the ocean sounds. As you enter the primary en suite, you are greeted with a California king bed, sofa for relaxing, his and hers closet, and a large en suite bathroom with an extra large stand up shower, bidet and double sinks. French doors lead out to front balcony. Making your way up to the third level of this home, you will fall in love with the large loft style space that boasts an oversize bedroom with a queen bed, two twins beds, full bathroom with tub, lots of closet space and full laundry area. The outdoor shower is a dream when you come off the beach or from a run to cool off. The garage offers two cars tandem and storage for beach chairs, umbrellas, bbcue grill, stove, bikes for AIA bike rides or the jungle trail that is less than five minutes away. Disney offers a beautiful resort walking distance (five minutes) with restaurants. The intracoastal is five minutes away to watch the dolphins, sunset, fish, or just a swim. The local CVS is five minutes away, Publix five minutes, Walmart 10 minutes, Vero Beach outlet 20 minutes, Ocean Drive downtown Vero with its fine dining or beach restaurants is under 10 minutes, Sebastian Inlet 7 miles, MCO airport is about 1 and 1/2 hour North, PBI 1 and 1/2 hour South, Melbourne Airport 30 minutes, Vero Beach Airport 10 minutes. This is also my home and each time I spend here, I fall in love more and more with how private, tranquil and relaxing it is here. In less than a minute, I walk to the ocean and do my early morning walks. Evening strolls are great too to watch the beautiful pink sky at night. If you love the sea turtles, you can see them swimming at leisure and they usually come up to nest. I hope you enjoy this special place as much as I do. Guest access The entire house is accessible with this rental. The ground level is attached to the house but the entrance is only available on the ground level. Perfect for a nanny, older child, or you may decide you wouldn't need it. The main level and the third floor is the heart of the home and where most of my family spends our time. Our neighbors are mostly full time residents and appreciate the guests that value the home and street as if they were living here. Gatherings are great and please respect the ordinances.
