Between the bedrooms is the second full bathroom. Bedding available for all beds and additional bedspreads for all beds. Operational central heating, for use on cold winter and spring nights (turns on 4 hours before dark). Wi-Fi Internet and Movistar TV. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, countertop kitchen, hood, kettle, and microwave. Crockery for 6 people, pots and pan. It has two parking spaces exclusive to the apartment located in the building's basement. The apartment does not smell musty or confined. When it is not rented, I visit it to make sure it is clean. Since September, it has had bath towels for 6 people and hand towels per bathroom. I included shampoo and conditioner in the main bathroom to share with the 2nd bathroom. The large terrace is accessible from the living room and main bedrooms. For safety, it has a fall protection net. Guest access The entrance to the complex is through the Bahía Sur entrance, Tenants access. After checking in with security, you enter the apartment's own underground parking. Other things to note Guests will be welcomed by my agent who will take them to the apartment and hand over the keys.
