Guest house with sauna & A/C, 6 beds

Welcome to our newly built guest house, located on idyllic street with its own sauna and bathrobe distance to the beach. Within five minutes walk there is a grocery store, pizzeria, and bus stop that takes you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Whether you're craving vacation with family, a weekend with your loved one, or just time to yourself, we look forward to welcoming you. The space In the living room/kitchen there is a sofa bed with room for two (140 cm wide). A ladder leads up to the loft with two hefty mattresses (the comfort is more like a bed than a mattress). The loft is not recommended for elderly or very young children. It also has a cabinet full of board games and crafts. More crafts can be found in the fold-out coffee table. There are also a bluetooth speakers for you to connect to your phone. In the bedroom there is a 140 cm wide double bed. The kitchen contains everything you would need for your stay. If you need anything, please ask us. Induction stove and combined oven/microwave. Bar table with four chairs. On the patio there is a dining area and two armchairs. Also BBQ and wood basket. In the bathroom, there is a sauna that sleeps two people, clean towels, and hygiene products. Also steam iron and hair dryer. For reservations up to two people, a bathrobe and a basket of spa items are included. The cottage is 30 square meters in size, so even if there are six beds, it will be quite crowded if you are going to live six adults. Small cottage with room for the most part! Guest access As a guest with us, you have full access to the garden's front yard, with a patio, hammock and swing in the tree. At the back there is a basketball hoop and a large trampoline that you are also welcome to use. Other things to note If there is anything you are missing, please don't hesitate to ask us - maybe we have what you need to lend you. For example, fishing rod, acoustic guitar, curling iron, tools, household items, bicycles, etc. We can also, at extra cost, buy breakfast or similar before your arrival.
