To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following: Pet Policy: We welcome pets but charge a $100 fee for the first dog and $50 for a second. For smaller, non-shedding pets, please message us for a possible fee adjustment. Remember, pets are not allowed on furniture to maintain cleanliness. Any damages caused by pets, including to windows or furnishings, will be the responsibility of the guest. Please inform us if your plans change or if you need to accommodate additional vehicles. No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We take this rule seriously to respect our neighbors and the integrity of our home. If you're considering hosting more guests than initially listed in your reservation, please discuss it with us beforehand. No parties allowed under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur a $500-1000 fine.
