Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes and appliances. There are 3 flat screen TVs. The unit is on the end of the Sea Colony buildings resulting in little nearby foot traffic. Lots of room to spread out in the sun and very peaceful! The space Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, and the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 3rd bedroom/den furnished with a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a second bath in the hall with a shower. Patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Elevators and stairs to the ground floor parking lot are steps away. Sea Colony has 2 large gyms with cardio and weight equipment. Fitness classes are available at an additional per-class charge. Indoor pools/hot tub open year-round. Recreation/beach badges which entitle guests to use all Sea Colony facilities are required and purchased at check-in at an additional charge (Summer 2025, $55 per person per week). Parking Notes: There is parking for 1 vehicle, included in the rental payment, Parking Space #: XXXX . Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle, you can be issued one additional permit with the purchase of recreation badges. The additional permit will allow you to park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Sea Colony will tow cars that are not properly parked or permitted, at the car owner's expense. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, plus, with the purchase of recreation badges, the private Sea Colony beach, beach trams, pools, tennis courts, fitness center, play areas, community grills, and weekly activities. All of the living space in the home is available for guests. But, please note that some closets may not be available. Other things to note Cleaning fee includes bed linen rental. (Does not include towels.) The clean sheets will be folded and placed at each bed. Guests must adhere to Sea Colony rules published on the Sea Colony website. There are starter toiletries, but you will need to bring more to make it through your stay.
