This lovely peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay in the countryside in the heart of the nature for the whole family. Located in the center of the village with access to amenities such as the bakery, it is close to the river for swimming, canoeing or fishing. The Dronne River, a stone's throw from the village, is category 2. 10 km from Ribérac and its market, you can visit Brantôme, Périgueux, Les Eysies, Les grottes de Lascaux and Sarlat, jewels of the Périgord. Joy of the countryside and calm assured! The space The accommodation is very pleasantly facing the garden and the countryside. The ground floor consists of the equipped kitchen, open to the living room overlooking the garden; a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs is another attic bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, one of which is located in an alcove. The garden includes a covered terrace and a large garden overlooking the countryside. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (except one locked upstairs room) and the entire garden. You don't have access to the shed at the back of the garden on the left. You can park your vehicle in front of the house or in front of the gate or in the garden. Other things to note For safety reasons, we thank you for not using the wood stove, which is not currently in operation.
