The space The apartment is located three floors up from street level and there is no elevator in the building, so please be prepared for a bit of stair climbing. We promise you it's worth it! The place consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The spacious living room has an ultra HD smart TV with Netflix and Rakuten TV (both of which you can use with your own accounts), and a large convertible sofa that can sleep two people. This is also where you can find the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal, and you can also find the washer here. There is also a dining table with four chairs, and it's the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city or to entertain friends and family. The master bedroom opens from the living room and is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and a large wardrobe, and for those who need to stay connected or get some work done, we've set up a dedicated workspace herewith a comfortable desk and chair. The smaller bedroom opens from the entrance area and has a double bed and a wardrobe. Both are thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation, a haven of tranquility with cozy furnishings and ample storage space. With two modern bathrooms, you'll never have to worry about morning queues. The full bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and the second one a shower and sink, with an additional toilet in a separate space next to it, all opening from the entrance area. They are equipped with all the essentials to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The window of the smaller bedroom opens on the hanging corridor, while those of the master bedroom and the living room on the street, but there is not a lot of traffic, the apartment is pretty high up, and the double windows insulate well, so you don't need to worry about noise. There is air conditioning in the living room, and of course heating throughout the apartment for when the season requires. Guest access You'll have the place all to yourselves with full access to all amenities. Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message me for details). Consumables You will find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.
