Apartment with a very central location in Odda city center. There is a short distance to restaurants and on the first floor you will find, among other things, the restaurants Mama Rosa and Glacier. A few meters beyond the building you will find the pedestrian street, church, grocery store, nightlife and the lake. The apartment itself is bright and comfortable due to all the windows and the central location means that it is a short distance to most of the things you would like to see or experience in Odda. The space The entire apartment is newly renovated in the summer of 2023. There is an entrance from the ground floor and the apartment is on the fourth floor. You first come to an outer hallway where you can take off dirty clothes before entering the front door and enter a spacious hallway with hangers for outerwear. The living room has an open solution between the living room and the kitchen and in the kitchen you will find the most important kitchen equipment. There is a dining area for four people and there is also a more relaxing area with a sofa. The apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be placed next to each other or pushed apart, depending on your needs. The rooms also each have a wardrobe with the possibility to hang up clothes. In one bedroom there is a workplace where you can sit down to work if someone should need it. In the bathroom you will find a shower cabin, toilet, sink and a combined washing machine and dryer. Guest access The apartment is rented in full. Other things to note The apartment is rented out with a cleaning fee of NOK 600. In addition, there is a fee for towels and bedding of NOK 90 per guest.
