Lady Florence is located on the second floor, the west facing suite enjoys plenty of natural light. It features one queen bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. Plenty of windows to let the natural light brighten the room. This is the perfect suite for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. Breakfast is not included in this rate. Breakfast can be purchased onsite or a request can be made through AirBnB. The cost is $15.00 per person. The G.L. Buhrman house was built in 1914 and has maintained most of its original elements, like the wainscotting throughout the house. The hosts have refurbished areas in order to maintain its originality in most areas. The rooms are all equipped with modern amenities for the comfort of their guests, such as a multiple power outlet with usb plugs; shampoo, condition and body lotion handcrafted by local vendor; hair dryer, luggage racks. Guests have use of the family room and living room. They can also use the back patio. Smoking is not allowed on the back patio. Most of the homes are in the Historic Preservation Society which makes the neighborhood quite unique. The house is located less than 5 minutes walking from Downtown where you will find antique shops, restaurants, bars; Hawthorne Park; The Village at Medford Center Shopping Center. Medford is not a late night town so places are usually closed by 9 pm on weekdays and 10 midnight on weekends. Everything is close by but public transportation is available on Main St. Parking is available on the street in front of the house as well as on the property. Parking along Main St is limited to 2 hours and certain areas do charge for parking. While the house is located in a very quite neighborhood it is surrounded by two commercial properties so there may be noise at times during the day (i.e. lawnmowers). Nighttime is very quiet!
