River view home-Close to CMU and Casino

Welcome to a retreat-like setting in the heart of downtown Mt. Pleasant! Enjoy the river view in a private and peaceful location. Walk to nearby restaurants, and coffee shops or take a 2-minute drive to the CMU Campus. The Water Park and Casino are a 8-10 min drive. The home is fully stocked making it easy to pack light and plan big. A fav spot for CMU parents, alum, or those visiting the casino. For Sun-Fri (4-5 night stays) reach out for a special weekday discount. The space A very quiet and private home all to yourself, without any surrounding neighbors. You'll have a view that overlooks the river and Island Park. There are 3 bedrooms; Two of the rooms have Queen beds. The other has a Bunk over Full. Each bedroom has two luggage racks (a total of 6) if needed. If not, they can be folded up and tucked away. There is an additional XL Twin mattress stored under the bunk and can be pulled out easily if needed. Please do not sleep on the couch. A foldable, portable crib is available upon request. Max guests is 8 people. There is 1 Full Bathroom and a full kitchen with all the amenities. We have a 'Duo Keurig', for all those coffee drinkers, which comes stocked with some Keurig pods, sugar, and Regular & French Vanilla Creamer. We also have a kettle for those tea drinkers, along with a few variety tea packets. Our sink is installed with a Reverse Osmosis system, and we also have an installed garbage disposal. The dining room includes a table with 6 chairs, and the living room has a 3-person couch, two side chairs, and a 65" Smart TV. You can sign into your streaming channel of choice. There is a full washer and dryer in the basement of the home which is available if guests need it. The outdoor patio area comes with a gas fire table and 4 cushioned chairs. We have one swing that seats 3 and can also be moved over by the fire-table creating a space for 7. If more lawn chairs are needed, please let us know and we can provide those for you. From the property, you can take a 5-minute walk to both Island Park and Downtown Mt. Pleasant. Downtown Mt. Pleasant has a variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment, and beauty stores that can fill your entire stay with enough to do that you never have to drive anywhere. If you do drive anywhere, maybe it's the casino or CMU, it's only a 5-10 minute drive. We do have 2 bikes available to rent for an additional $20 extra per bike, per stay. Please let hosts know in advance. Our keyless, smart lock entry makes your stay even more private because you can come and go as you please. You will receive your unique code 1-2 days prior to your arrival making checking in and out very seamless. And if you need anything, we-your hosts, live less than 5 minutes away making us very accessible to come assist in any way you need. Guest access Full access to the entire home.
