Private room in house with shared living spaces. The space Please just message to answer any requests. My name is Christine, yet my nickname is Tina. My place is in Lovely Quiet Neighborhood tucked in the woods with Beautiful Hickory and Oak Tree's. The home is in Pittsfield Township on the Ann Arbor Ypsilanti line. Also centrally located between US 23 & I-94, close to the Detroit Airport. EMU, WCC and St Joseph Mercy is 2 miles away. The University of Michigan Hospital and University is downtown Ann Arbor and 5 miles away. The bus stop is 100 yards away and takes you downtown Ann Arbor in 20 minutes. Saves on Parking issues. Winston, my Pomeranian, goes to Florida with me during cold winter months. The house cat's name is Kitty! Kitty thinks he rules the world and overlooks his kingdom from the deck. Kitty is an indoor/outdoor cat. In my absence, while Winston and I are in Florida, a house manager is available on site for any questions you may have. Guest access Your Private Bedroom and all common rooms on the main Floor, kitchen, den, wooded area on the deck, as well as the Laundry in the basement is available to you. Smoking is only allowed on the deck. During your stay Please Feel Free to call or message me with any concerns or questions you may have. :) Other things to note I have an Indoor/Outdoor Cat named Kitty that sleeps most of the time when in the house. All of his needs are taken care by House Manager, who is there to help make your stay more comfortable, since I stay at my Florida home during colder months. Then Winston, my Pomeranian and I return from Florida for the warmer months.
