You can park up to 2 cars in the garage with extra space to spare. Please operate the garage door with care and safety. The garage door has PIN code access to opener installed on the door for manual use and also MyQ smart remote access for your convenience of keyless access. You can request guest access on your smartphone & login infos will be shared to your email after confirmed bookings. Other things to note 1) For guests staying 1 week or longer, don't forget to pull out the main garbage or recycle bins (standing outside the back porch) to curbside on Wednesday evening for next morning pickup on Thursday when needed. 2) For long-term guests with more than 1 month stays, you may be required to sign a paper rental agreement and complete a standard tenant screening process in parallel of your reservation for proper housing legal protections. 3) We have very strict House Rules to protect our property as well as providing the best services to all legitimate staying guests. Any or all intentions to abuse the property will be dealt with promptly & with immediate consequences. We aim to ensure the most comfortable stays for our guests as well as maintaining the level of harmony for the neighborhood. Party seekers are NOT welcomed here. You have many options to throw a party elsewhere. 4) On the other hand, we do allow legitimate, responsible staying guests options to have small gatherings with close family & friends on a per-case basis. Guests are welcomed to ask for permissions ahead of time & disclose fully of the occasion, size of guests expected, etc. We can accommodate responsible gatherings to ensure the best experience for all of our guests. 5) There are no traditional cable TV or channels provided. Only smartTV functions available via the brand new Samsung 75in 4K TV and all premium services as listed. - Bathtub is available but is limited in function due to hair catch installed and cause slow drains so mainly only the shower function is recommended. 6) This is Stockton. The city has made a name for itself in the past of dark times in its history and culture. Things have been better in contrast to its past or worsening conditions of other cities nearby.
