The space GROUND FLOOR: Living Area: The bottom level boasts a spacious layout with the family room opening to a generous undercover outdoor area, perfect for both indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining. Kitchen/Dining: Enjoy cooking in the stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with top-quality modern appliances. Features include a stainless-steel freestanding 900mm 6-burner gas cooktop and electric oven, full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of serving utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, and pans. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Lounge Room: The lounge room, located down the hall, is perfect for the kids while you enjoy some quiet time with a glass of wine in the living area or outdoors. It includes a double sofa bed and TV. All bedding, bath towels/mats, and tea towels are included in the cleaning fee. Guest access Entire property available for guest use, excluding the double garage. Parking is available for two cars on the driveway. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in. Check in 3PM Check out 10AM All access details are sent early morning on the day of arrival. We will notify you if an earlier check in or later check out is available. Other things to note No parties or events to be held at the property. Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for school leavers. The canal is a short walking distance from the home. The house is not located on the canal itself. Please do not leave food unattended to due to the native wildlife.
