Cozy apartment of 55 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - steps to access). We are about 10 minutes walk from the center of Asti and Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and the historical parades of the Palio di Asti and all the main cultural and gastronomic tourist events. Available parking space - maximum length 3.60 meters. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, double sofa bed, single bed, TV, split A/C and access to balcony I; - BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and access to balcony II; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY I with awning and table; - BALCONY II. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, vertical iron. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.
