Located a few minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, the pier, bars, beaches, islands, and the weekend pop-up market, Emerald Cottage of Fort Pierce is a charming tiny home that guarantees an inviting stay for all. With its 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, the cottage accommodates ample parking for 1-2 boats and vehicles. Take pleasure in the well-appointed porch, barbecue zone, and picnic area. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with some coffee, sugar, and some spices. Washer & Dryer-Starter detergents provided. Entering the cottage-style home you will find yourself in a very modern & cozy inviting open-concept kitchen, living room & dining area with comfy seating & a TV to watch movies after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Enjoy meals all together on our beautiful 6-seater dining table or enjoy your breakfast, BBQ, and snacks on the porch or the picnic area located in the yard. It’s the perfect place to relax and gather day and night. Bedrooms and sleeping areas This 856 sq ft tiny home offers 3 bedrooms and a very comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The Master bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed with seating and storage. 2nd Bedroom includes 2 twin size beds. 3rd Bedroom includes a bunk bed with two twin-size beds, plenty of storage, and a 1/2 bath. All the bedrooms include premium mattresses and super-soft grand quality sheets and quilts. The Bathrooms The home has 1 full bathroom with a shower and a 1/2 bath in one of the bedrooms. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest (up to 6 guests max) We always leave starter detergent for longer stays if needed. Bath towels are not for use at the beach. Starter bath soaps and shampoo are provided in both of the bathrooms. Office Space A nice full-size office desk and comfy chair can be used as a working space or a reading nook. The Yard We have a beautiful sofa sectional on the porch and additional relaxing swivel chairs to lounge on after a long day of exploring. The yard also includes a designated BBQ area with a picnic table. The area This home is located in a great community that is only a 5-minute drive to downtown Ft. Pierce and its many restaurants, pop-up markets, bars, art shops, coffee shops & the very popular Taqueria & donut shop! Enjoy this recently remodeled 1920s cozy and relaxing home with a very large fenced-in backyard that includes a carport for parking a boat, car, or RV. This home is located a few minutes away from the charming historic downtown Fort Pierce and Hutchinson Island. There are plenty of restaurants, beaches, bars, & shops are close by and it is also conveniently located next to several expressways, the Indian River College, and the Mets stadium. Guest access Full access to the home Other things to note This home is located on a main road near downtown Fort Pierce. Street parking is also available across the street. The Washer and dryer is located inside one of the bedrooms. We only supply starter amenities. Guests are responsible for purchasing more if needed. We are conveniently located a few minutes away from a super Walmart and several other grocery stores and markets. The Landscapers come to cut the grass, trim the bushes and blow the exterior areas every 7 to 15 days. The irrigation system goes off at 6:30 am each morning. Some fruits like mango grow on the property and sometimes falls on or around the driveway. Mangoes are free for the taking to our guests! This home has a fenced-in backyard with plenty of parking. Guests are responsible for purchasing the necessary items to use the grill and must clean it after each use. An additional $50.00 grill cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left dirty. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance issues immediately and give hosts ample time to resolve any issues. Early check out for any weather, cleaning, maintenance or any other reason without notification does not allow any refunds. We enforce our strict NO REFUNDS policy We reserve the right to terminate your stay with no refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6. This also includes visitors.
