The tasteful decor and the cozy sofa invite you to relax - from there you have a good view of the flickering fire in the fireplace. For nightly relaxation, there are three bedrooms, one with a box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), one with a normal double bed (140 x 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). For a fresh start to the day, two daylight bathrooms are available, which will delight you with an open shower and underfloor heating, among other things. As a special highlight, there is a private sauna in the house. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired with a terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. The terrace is covered so you can enjoy the fresh air in any weather. An outdoor parking space directly at the house is reserved for you. For bicycles brought along, a separate, lockable shed is provided at the house. A washing machine is at your disposal for your own use. A children's travel cot and highchair are part of the basic equipment. As a highlight, depending on the seasonal weather conditions from approx. mid-April to mid-September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach of Sehlendorf. You can also use an e-bike and an e-cargo bike free of charge. For your car, a wallbox is available for charging your electric car for a daily flat rate. The package can only be booked for the entire stay. You will receive the charging card/key via an extra safe at the property. You will receive the corresponding PIN code by email one day before arrival. Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not allowed.
