Travel the tree covered roads and enjoy the small town feel of this country barndominium. Enjoy beautiful country sunsets sipping on your favorite drink under the covered patio. Take in the sights and sounds of the lush Texas countryside in this modern farmhouse abode. Far enough from the city to enjoy country-living, yet close enough to enjoy all the Dallas Metroplex has to offer. The space The barndominium boasts 1100 sq.ft. and includes two fully furnished bedrooms and a full central bathroom. The master bedroom includes a comfy queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and streaming ready smart 55” LED TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed also. There is a 32-inch smart tv with stand that can used in either bedroom. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, breakfast bar and fully stocked coffee cart. Cupboards and drawers include dishes, silverware, cups, and wine glasses. The living room has a cozy electric fireplace and a 55” LED TV. Private entry with smart door lock, uncovered parking and a covered patio with seating and a fire pit to take in the beautiful scenery created by the Texas sky. Guest access Full access to the 1100 sq ft Barndo, a private patio, backyard, and covered parking. Other things to note We are dog friendly but require a $200 per pet fee per stay. The follow rules apply: Pets must be leashed on property Pick up after dog Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed Don’t leave animals unsupervised Do not allow dog to track in mud/dirt Pets must be housebroken Crate dog if left unattended indoors Vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively. There is no smoking allowed on the property (in or outside). We do not allow parties of any kind in the home. There will be a fine if this is the case. Homeowner is on site in the main home and may possibly use attached but separate shop space during your stay.
