Stunning studio loft in Brixton

This is a unique designed loft extension situated in a quiet residential street at the top of our beautiful family Victorian house with its own kitchen and bathroom and a gorgeous skylight. This is an heaven from the bustle of London life - yet extremely well connected to the centre and other areas of London. A place to step back and replenish. This is a calm, nurturing creative environment that we enjoy sharing with like-minded people. The space When you enter the house you are welcomed by beautiful artworks and the smell of incense. The loft is at the very top of our Victorian House. The all property is filled with art and curated in details. Being at top it has a very independent and quiet feel to it. With the enormous glass roof light and wall-to-wall windows, there is a tonne of natural light. There is a big living area, a separate bed area on a raised platform, and a private ensuite bathroom for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The hammock is a treat, with views out above the leafy gardens of the Victorian terrace below. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your exclusive use with a tea and coffee station with English breakfast tea and a french press for coffees. There is space for yoga or gentle exercises and at night it is stunning when lit up with its recessed led strip lights and bulkhead lights. Fast Wi-Fi for people working remotely. Easy on-street parking is always available and it's free on weekends and bank holidays and between 8.30am and 6.30pm. We can provide parking permits for the other times for £11 a day. Stepping out of the house you will find handy supermarkets and corner shop 2 min walk from the house and the most exciting eatery location in London with restaurants for all tastes and cuisines at our vibrant Brixton Village. * Please note that the bed is placed on a raised platform of approximately 80cm, for which there is no barrier. There have never been any actual issues - but it is a potential hazard, especially for children, or people with mobility difficulties. The loft is on the third floor of our house, with 3 flight of stairs. It is 3 set of stairs up. - other Airbnb guests are staying in other rooms. - Check-in window is 3-7pm, please get in touch if you need an earlier or slightly later check-in and I will let you know if we can accommodate that. - Quiet time is from 9pm. You are welcome to come back home after that, we just ask guests to be mindful of noises - A lovely lavender Eco handsoap is provides, together with washing up liquid and shower gel. - We have a cat, Kira. She is sweet and usually enjoys a good cuddle.
