Welcome to your very own piece of New Hampshire Paradise. This rustic farmhouse is perched directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River, offering the rare opportunity to enjoy the river without needing to hunt for parking or beat the crowds. Enjoy river views from almost every window, along with a large sunroom, a deck facing the river and a bonus private rooftop deck off of the master bedroom. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The space The 3 bedroom 1.5 home is packed full of rustic charm. It's off of the lower end of Main Street, and within walking distance to all Main Street Attractions, including breweries, restaurants and shopping. The first level offers an eat in kitchen with large attached sun room with deck access, two separate living areas and 1.5 baths. Large sliding doors in the living room offer a view of the river. The upper level has one queen room, a second room with 2 twins with trundles, and a king master bedroom. The master bedroom has a coffee bar with a nespresso machine so you can walk right out onto the rooftop deck and enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the river. There is a futon in the sun room for additional sleeping in the summer. There is plenty of grass space outside to play, and a staircase directly down to the water. There is an outdoor dining table and a firepit for you to enjoy. There is a family playground within a few hundred yards to enjoy as well! Some items to note: The house is on Main Street and next to a very seldomly used volunteer Fire Station, so there is potential for noise. The home is a true old fashioned farm house, complete with all of the quirks they come with, such as small outdated bathrooms and narrow stairs. It is very clean, functional and comfortable, but it is not a brand new home and there are some items that will be replaced or improved eventually, but haven't been yet (flooring and paint here and there, trim, etc) The woodstove is not available for guest use do to insurance limitations. We do have a pile of wood decoratively set on the tile, as it is cracked in that area.
