A comfortable single room in a self catering house share in Tuebrook. Double Bay fronted Victorian Terrace - typical Liverpool style house. It's just 20 minutes to town on bus 12/13/15/18 and approx £7 in an Uber. There is WIFI for your studies. Shared kitchen and bathroom. You have basic cooking facilities, oven, kettle, toaster. ***Strictly no smokers, no smoking inside or outside*** (Any smokers will be refused at check in as host is asthmatic) The space You have a private single room with a three drawer unit and a mirror for getting ready in the morning. The kitchen and bathroom are communal spaces and we ask that you be mindful of the other guests and keep all personal items in your private room. Shared bathroom has a bum-gun style bidet. In the kitchen you will have one shelf in the fridge and one cupboard for food and they are clearly labelled with your room number. Please keep your food to your cupboard/shelf and drawer. Basic cooking is allowed - it's the place to make jam and toast or a sandwich, not really the place to cook a full curry from scratch! Please note that we do not have TV's in any of the rooms. Guest access Feel free to use the WIFI, laundry facilities and shared social areas. Make yourself at home! You need to be OK with sharing a bathroom with 3/4 others and you need to be OK with one flight of stairs and carrying your own luggage. Please remember that is a house share and not serviced accommodation so please buy what you need to use e.g. toilet rolls, bin bags, washing up liquid, toiletries, washing powder or tablets. Unfortunately there is no parking available at this property. It is unsuitable for guests with cars and there is no on street parking allowed in the area (other than for those with resident permits). However, it is walkable from the main road with buses to Liverpool city centre Other things to note Initial check in is with co-host. There are keypad locks on bedrooms and there are security cameras on the main doors and in communal areas for your security. Check-in time is from 2pm-8pm and Initial check in is with host (in person or by phone) and then a smart key card is provided to give you access to the house thereafter. Heating Temperature to 18-20 degrees C and radiators are on up to 20 degrees C from 7-10am and 5-10pm. Guests do not have access to adjust the thermostat as it is shared accommodation. If you are particularly cold extra blankets and a hot water bottle can be provided. Your cleaning and linen fee provides you with cleaning for your check in and another clean on check out plus one set of linen and one towel. If you require additional cleaning or linen during your stay this can be provided at an extra charge. This is a quiet residential area and therefore have a strict policy of No parties/events allowed on the premises. No visitors, additional guests or third party bookings.
