Welcome to my home… your home for the duration of your stay. Come and enjoy a home redone in a modern and contemporary style, equipped, optimized and quiet, close to the capital with all amenities nearby. Close to La Défense (20-minute walk and 5 minutes by tram or train). 15 minutes from Gare Saint-Lazare by train and the center of Paris. In a family-friendly neighborhood. Nb: apartment not ideal for children <6 years old (straight-cut furniture) The space The apartment is 37 m2. It consists of a small entrance hall leading to the bathroom (toilet, showers, sink), the *new* fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, SodaStream, rice cooker, a wide range of kitchen accessories available), and the living room. As the apartment is not huge, the uses are designed in modularity (the furniture is on pads). There is a TV, armchair and a *new* sofa bed (more comfortable than the one in the photos). A dining table is glued to the wall. It unfolds to accommodate 4 people. The chairs are arranged under the table. There is also a remote work area with an additional PC screen and an "ergonomic" chair. Depending on the use, dinner, movie on the sofa, sleeping, the furniture will need to be moved. You will find board games in the TV cabinet. The living room is equipped with Bluetooth speakers (S801PM) (the speakers are limited so as not to disturb the neighborhood, please do not force and maintain appropriate behavior with regard to noise). The living room, like the bedroom, has blackout curtains, in principle no need to close the shutters to get complete darkness. The bedroom has a double bed. Under each bedside table there is a socket to plug in a phone. By the window, there is a bedside lamp (made by me); there is an outlet and a USB port available for charging your phone. There is also a library, feel free to read if you wish. For movie lovers, there is a video projector in the room. The remotes to lower the screen and launch the projector are located in the coffee table. You have to "cast" to broadcast a movie. It is also necessary to turn on the small sonos speaker which is located on the library (by pressing it) if it does not turn on itself. Then there is the dressing room, only the left part is available. There are hangers (black) and a space available in the closet. Behind the hangers is the vacuum cleaner. This is also where the sheets for the sofa bed will be stored if you use it. I indicate mobile air conditioner in the ad. However, please note that it is not permanently in the apartment so as not to take up too much space. In order for the latter to be installed, a notice period of 2 weeks must be provided to allow me time to install it (between any reservations). There is a small fan in the room permanently. This apartment, is my primary residence, I took a lot of time, from heart to work and obviously money to make it a cocoon in my image. I am obviously open to criticism, but I will ask you to take care of it as if it were your own. Other things to note The apartment has connected HUE lamps. Once connected to the wifi, you can choose the atmosphere to watch a movie, take a Zen break. You are free to choose. A pre-set exists on the small rectangular wall remote control on the wall next to the living room door. You have to force the lighting of the room if you want an immersive atmosphere.
