Nice apartment with spectacular views of the great bay of Valparaiso and just above Cochoa Beach. Two funiculars to go down to the beach and a 15-minute walk to Reñaca beach. Shopping centers and supermarkets in the surrounding area and public transportation. The building has an outdoor pool, a heated pool, a cafeteria, and a gym. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed and 3 beds) two bathrooms, kitchen, and living-dining room, SMART TV with internet and cable, and WiFi. The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean from the bed and exits to the terrace. The second room has a bunk bed and a bed, plus a nightstand and a chair. Well-equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery for 5 people, pans, pots, salad bowls, cups (see photos). It also has a French press coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, Mini Pymer (see photos). Guests will have access to: dishwasher, dish sponge, kitchen towels, paper towel, and basic cleaning supplies. There is also always sugar, sweetener, salt, oil and some condiments. The terrace has a large table, 4 chairs and 4 floors to have lunch and enjoy the beautiful view, or have a snack next to the sunset. The living room is set up for family sharing in front of the SMART TV (42 inches) connected to the internet at a very good speed. There is also WiFi throughout the apartment. There is a stereo and radio, and some CDs to enjoy. The dining table can be extended if you have visitors for the day. The two bathrooms have a tub with very good water pressure for showers, plus a toilet and sink. Hand towels and large towels, soap in the tub and sink, and toilet paper are available. Guest access Guests can use the building's facilities at no cost, such as the outdoor pool, heated pool, cafeteria, game room and TV, and gym. For the gym, an authorization card issued by the HOST to the GUEST with prior notice (when booking) is required. Other things to note The building has two funiculars to go down to Cochoa beach, as well as to the Costanera from where you can walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to Reñaca beach, 15-20 minutes to Reñaca itself with all the varied shops, and more restaurants. Viña del Mar is 15-20 minutes away by car, where you can have fun at the Casino as well as with the shows offered there. Valparaiso is a 30-minute drive. There you can enjoy the architectural beauties of the Concepción and Alegre hills, the Barburizza Art Museum, and the traditional elevators.
