La Hortensia is an independent unit within a beautiful chalet-style house with a spacious private patio. It is located in the best area of Panajachel, just half a block from Santander street, where you will find banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and very close to the docks where you can take a public or private boat to the different towns around the beautiful Lake Atitlan. . La Hortensia is a very cozy and comfortable apartment that has an equipped kitchenette, a living room and a spacious room with a queen size bed and a full bathroom, all decorated in an eclectic style with beautiful Guatemalan textiles. Access from the main street requires climbing four steps to enter the spacious garden, where the chalet and apartment are located in the background, La Hortensia, which has two steps at the entrance. La Hortencia is located in the lively area of Panajachel, close to the best restaurants, cafes, discos and places to listen to live music or simply walk on Santander street and on the shores of Lake Atitlan. It is a busy area, especially on weekends, but the privacy of the property makes it a beautiful oasis in the middle of the best area of Panajachel. If you bring a car, we recommend you leave it in a parking lot. There are several in front of and next to our property, with good rates per day or per week. Our recommendation is Parqueo El Chali. To move within the city the best option is on foot or by tuc tuc. The Chalet is divided into three rental units, each with an independent entrance, sharing the spacious garden and the main access to the street. There are friendly dogs on the property.
