Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located! Guest access Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in. For the protection of our home and guests, we utilize Truvi, an Airbnb-approved third-party partner that provides guest screening and an optional damage waiver in lieu of a traditional security deposit. Select reservations may be invited to complete a Truvi verification and/or secure a damage waiver prior to check-in. This process takes only a few minutes and helps us maintain high standards of safety and protection for all parties. You may be contacted via Truvi’s secure platform after booking. If requested, the verification must be completed before the check-in time to avoid delays. Failure to complete the Truvi verification or if Truvi marks the verification as “Not Approved,” may result in a cancellation request being submitted through Airbnb. All cancellations and refunds are ultimately subject to Airbnb’s policies and procedures. By booking this property, you acknowledge and consent to potential Truvi verification if requested. Refusal to complete the requested verification may delay or impact your stay. Other things to note There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to right of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 5th floor. Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are NOT included. USPS mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby. Guests staying 30 nights or more have the option to purchase monthly parking directly through the Birmingham Parking Authority at Parking Deck 8, located nearby. The cost is approximately $80 per month, which breaks down to just $2.67 per day—a convenient and affordable option for long-term stays. Please note: There is plenty of street parking immediately around the apartment complex. Parking is not included with your reservation. All parking arrangements must be made directly by the guest with the Birmingham Parking Authority. We are not responsible for coordinating, purchasing, or managing any part of the parking process. If a parking pass is obtained, the guest is responsible for picking up their own key card and covering any fees for lost or damaged cards.
