Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.The house is newly renovated (May 2023) ! It is located in the heart of a beautiful village, 10 min away from Spreewald and the city of Lubbenau. There is forest, bike paths, lakes - all minutes away. The house has 1 bedroom & living room/ 1 bathroom / fully equipped kitchen. It has a large terrace with a view of the big beautiful garden. Garden and grilling area have shared access. The house operates entirely on renewable energy sources. The space The house is 70 sq.m. It is located on the larger territory - an old well renovated farmhouse. The hosts of the house live on the same ground in the main house, so they will be mostly available to answer any questions, help with a check-in and check-out. The house has all the amenities: wifi, fully equipped kitchen, kids things upon request. 5 min away from the house there is a beautiful forest walk/bike. Lakes are 5/15 minutes away. There is a trampoline for the kids to jump on; a swing, and a larger territory to enjoy. There is plenty of parking space, and it is for free. The place can be reached by car, bikes, and public transport during the week days. Please note that the public bus does not operate on the weekend. The house is heated with renewable energy sources. Electricity is supplied with solar system. Guest access Guests will have access to a large garden territory of the farm, including its grilling area and fireplace. There is also access to a bike workshop upon request. It’s a lovely village not far from Spreewald. The international bike route is only 5 minutes away. There is an italian restaurant 10 min away. Nearby shops are in Lübbenau. Other things to note Upon availability from the hosts: a breakfast/dinner can be arranged, like a proper B&B experience: - Breakfast is 9 euro/person - Dinner is 13 euro/person - Children until 4 years old are free.
